Terms, conditions and returns

By placing an order with Northshore Tech Sales (on-line, telephone or mail) you agree to the following return policy:
 

1. All Returns REQUIRE a Return Authorization number from Northshore Tech Sales, Inc. Contact us for a Return Authorization number before you ship. Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. All returns (including exchanges) are subject to a 15% Restock charge.  Please allow up to 14 days to receive credit for returned items.
2. All returns must be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included.  If returned items are found to not be in brand new condition with all the packing material included, Northshore Tech Sales, Inc reserves the right to refuse the return, in which case the item will be sent back to the customer and no credit will be issued.
3. If an item is defective within 15 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange (not refund) it for the same new product as well as pay for shipping to return the defective item.  There is no restocking charge on defective items.  After 15 days, the Manufacturer's Warranty is in effect and you must contact them directly for repair or replacement.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Special Order items are NOT returnable unless defective.  If defective, they will be replaced but not refunded.  Please make sure you're ordering exactly what you need. Call the manufacturer FIRST to make sure what you're ordering from us is what you need. We are NOT responsible for errors by manufacturer's part numbers, descriptions or web site.

Software is NOT returnable.  This includes Navionics charts, C-Map charts and Garmin Blue Charts/G2.
6. Do NOT Refuse a delivery unless the shipping carton is damaged.  It comes back to us the same method it was shipped out --usually Overnight or 2-Day Air.  You will be charged Actual Overnight or 2-Day Air shipping charges back to us plus restock fees.  If you changed your mind after ordering, CALL US!
7. Although we typically ship IN-STOCK items Overnight and 2nd-Day Air  we are not responsible  for late shipments.  Antennas over 4ft usually take an additional day
 

PRICES Although we make every effort to assure that our prices and products are advertised as accurately as possible, we are only human, and in the event that an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it.

With the exception of Illinois shipping addresses all sales are Tax free.

Northshore Tech Sales cannot be held responsible for damage loss or injury caused by the use, misuse or malfunction of any of the products purchased from us.
